11/9/07 Tuesday Sunny
This morning I woke up at 6.56am, 4 mins before my alarm rang.
While I was washing my face, brushing my teeth, looking into the mirror, I realised that I actually have 'panda eyes' and tiny wrinkles beneath my eyes. And the condition of my face skin? too terrible that I really don't wanna talk about it...
When I reached campus, instead of the usual lift, I went for the stairs. (Thinking for some form of exercise, haha). Climbing the first 2 level is stil ok for me, but after the 2nd level, I could feel that my legs were very heavy. When I reached my lab at level 4, I was breathing heavily.
Oh my, I'm SERIOUSLY GETTING OLDER!
My memory is not as good as it used to be, stamina drops (i feel it especially when i dance and perform), skin condition is bad (sien arr), etc etc....
I guess I have to really do something about it. I'm only 2+, if I continue behaving lazy in taking care of myself, ignoring all these, I'll look like 3+ in not more than a year's time. I used to look younger than my actual age, now I look my age, in future I'll look older than my actual age? NO!!!!!!!! Something must be done before it happens!
Now, where do I begin? Life style must be changed. Have to sleep earlier, eat healthier (more fruits and supplements), drink water, and must EXERCISE (dance class once a week is not enough, women accumulate fat easily when they reach 2+)! And since I'm 2+, have to start to take care of my skin, cannot be lazy anymore as in only wash the face simply. Have to do at least the basic 1,2,3 steps for facial skin: cleanse, tone, moisturise. Then have to exfoliate somemore in between the routine steps. (I really hate becoming a woman! If i'm a man, who cares how i look or how my skin condition is?)
Women have age phobia that men don't, and women feel it much more earlier (relatively at younger age than men). Men cannot understand why women are willing to spend a lot of $$$ just to look 'younger' (which includes treatment for shiny hairs, slimming treatment to stay in shape, plastic surgery, expensive push up bras, etc....). But when the wives look dull or older, they will say 'when I knew you last time, you look very attractive, how come now...?" or talk to the girlfriend 'ur face look dim, not shining one, and acnes are popping out!' .... Well, maybe when men reached their late 3+, 4+ or 5+, when they look down and can't see their own toes but only their tummies, and when their heads are getting shinier and shinier, then they will understand women's age phobia.
