Lulu went to the animal cell culture lab today to observe the cancer cell culture. It was interesting (although it seems like the cells are understressed or maybe the culture is contaminted), Lulu get to see floating cells, attached cells, cells undergoing apoptosis and dying cells. Imagine how many cells there are in our human body? And every seconds there are cells that differentiate, and cells that die? It's a cycle by itself, living and dying. We humans are afraid of dying, but actually we do not realise that 'deaths' are happening everyday in our own bodies... Living and dying is just a normal process in life. With birth comes death, and death is the begining of another birth. That's the wonder of studying biology. The more you study and find out, the more you appreciate and understand life.
