Postgrad seminar

Yesterday was cloudy and rainy but this morning the sun shines brightly! So as there are ups and downs in life, successes and failures in research (although failures most of the time). Haha. Quite relieved cause my PCR finally gave me something. Phew! (-_-;)

I attended 2 postgrad seminars today, 1 organised by our molecular biology department, and another by zoology department. Our departmental postgrad seminar sessions kicked off this week and will continue after the Raya break. One of my colleagues (doing her master) presented at the department seminar today. She was given compliments on her presentation. Well done to her! And although i'm not an animal person, I attended the zoology department seminar to listen to a prospective phd student present on her proposal. Good job too!

Human is really an interesting species to study. I mean personality wise. Some people tend to complain relatively more than others. Maybe it's in the blood? Not sure. But I seriuosly hope that they can look at things from a different angle. It's ok to grumble, but don't linger for too long. We must move on. Don't you think so?
