New Year Dinner

It was New Year. After watching National Treasure 2 and doing some shopping, HG and Lulu had dinner at Rakutei. Lulu popped in there once after it started to find them serving the same menu as the old Ajiten (after they renovated). This time, lucky for Lulu, the restaurant have come out with a new set of menu with more choices. But too bad for HG, he actually wanted to have Ajiten Ramen but found out that ramen is now sold the other side (the new Ajiten which sells not only Japanese but also Thai etc food).

Lulu waited anxiously for their order... eyes on the chef...

Finally, their orders came.

Bibimba Don - sweet grilled chicken rice set (the above + miso soup + tuna cucumber salad -not shown)Yasai Tenpura- vegetables fried in tenpura style
Makimono set - at first Lulu thought sure not enough for her but who knew she felt so full, rice is really filling type of food.

Ita-daki-mas! I'm ready to eat lo!! Happy New Year to all!

P/s: thanks to HG for accompanying Lulu, as he isn't really a japanese food fan. hehe
