Niki is the puppy that joins our family on the 17th May. Bro Antz brought her home all the way from Lundu. All the family members including me did not agree to take her. In the past we used to have many dogs but then the dog take-care thing is really tedious and so we all agreed not to have anymore dogs after the last in the house passed away.
But then when the puppy arrived in our house, she was 'scared' (maybe due to the long travel from Lundu to Kch, for a one month old puppy). She stayed in the box, or under the flower pots whenever we approached her. And she would shake whenever there was any noise. So I tried to feed her a little, calmed her down etc. I even went to buy milk powder for her! (Imagine that! Me? I never help with taking care of the dogs in the past.) Now, I help bathe her, apply medicine on her cuts or scratches, scrub the floor which she dirties with mud and soil etc. And Bro Antz? He only plays with her when he has the mood!

And this is Niki's latest update. 3 months plus old. This is the best that I could take. I need to stay behind the mosquito net door to take her pics. She is hyperactive nowadays. Keeps biting my feet or crawls onto me whenever she sees me. She really grows, doesn't she?I'm not an animal or pet lover but this puppy just somehow win my heart, maybe this is 缘.

I still think she's cute ler, your story reminded me of my pug, Mango, when she was a puppy, she was so scared when the next door's dog bark, she will come running for me, be close to me, but now that she's grown, she barks back at the dog..AHAHAH
yeah rite. mine also. now she barks at the big cats that used to bully her.
Her fur is like snow white! cute leh!
