This afternoon I finally decided to get back to lab after my long hybernation at home. I arrived there just in time to realise that a layer of dust has formed on my bench! I checked my experiment logbook, the last entry was 23 July. So what have I been doing in between 23 July to 3 Sept? Huh?.....Time has been wasted! Yes, I know. This is a very serious crime that I have committed! Yes, I'm feeling veeeeeeeery sorry right now. But we SHOULD always look forward. So, I came out with this:
Sept-Nov 2008 to-do list:
Lab:- expression & mutation study of the same gene (since last year?) for the new samples
- wait for primers to be processed and arrive, then can start optimisation for new genes
- investigate on microarray, then try to process the necessary items, meanwhile start collecting suitable sample pairs
- check for availability of antibody that targets my gene of interest, place order?

- human cell line transfection
- siRNA
- human embryology

times really flies!! it's like we just finish countdown last night and today already september.then tomorrow we will be countdown again to welcome 2009
