Yes, I went for my monthly adjustment on Tuesday night. So what did ZP do this time?
My upper row of teeth are all tied up by wires into 3 groups (the 6 front teeth, left premolar and molar, right premolar and molar) in addition to the steel archwire to allow transitional movement. And power chains are added to my upper canines and premolars. If not mistaken, he is trying to close the gaps between my canines and premolars. There's not much change to my lower teeth except that he got my elastics changed. Initially ZP wanted to apply '2 rings' power chain but I somehow manage to negotiatie it to '3 rings'. 2 rings will have greater force so it might cause more pain, thus difficulty to chew (since HG promised me a Sushi treat for my coming birthday, I don't want to spoil my meal). I bought Sensodyne and Listerine for better dental care (ZP said my gums are not that healthy, I have red inflammated-like gums and experience pain when drinking or gargling cold water). Yesterday I could feel the force especially when I needed to chew or bite but today it's feeling quite ok. =)
