Dim Sum

Lulu had Dim Sum twice in less than a week.

The first Dim Sum treat was at 鸭皇, which is near the Lok Thian restaurant (in fact, it is one of Lok Thian's). I tried this:

The har kao in the first pic is my favourite among the three. I think it's Q Q, and u really get to bite the prawns becoz they wrap the prawns in as whole, not chopped or minced.

My second Dim Sum visit was to

If you talking about har kao, i prefer the one from 'Duck Emperor'. But for Xiao Long Pau, the one from Chung Hwa Tea house is the best so far that I've tried in Kuching, in terms of taste. How about the fried gyoza (jian jiao)? My vote goes to Jade Pot. Hehe.
