Naruto in Temple?

Lulu was organising and archiving her photos this morning and came across this photo taken last year during 'growing up camp' at temple.

I'm not a Naruto fan but I think this is really cool. In fact, I only recognise the character standing on the left. The one carrying a Hu Loo bottle, with a lot of sand. Not sure about the name though. Cool cosplaying...
