I went for blood test few days ago and the report came back yesterday that my total cholesterol and LDL are higher than acceptable range (luckily my HDL is quite high so I'm not at risk for hypertension). This is the same as my previous result many years back. That time, I thought it was because I ate a lot of nasi lemak for lunch. Weird. I can't figure out the reason for this time because...
I drink Quacker oat every morning (it's said good in reducing cholesterol level),
I eat lots of veges,
I eat hardly any red meat,
I seldom eat seafood, and
I have dance practice once a week. (Dance is a form of exercise isn't it?)
Can it be because I eat too much titbits?
Hmm...
Twistxxs, Roller Coastxx, Prixglxs...
Do I have to say goodbye to you lot?

maybe you can try the omega 3 fatty acid fish oil supplements. It's said to treat high cholesterol very effectively. not cheap tho. my last blood test was done last year and i'm lucky to have maintained gd level for both types of cholesterol.
