2nd IFCB International Training Program in Cell and Molecular Biology (ITPCMB 2010)

I received this email today, so I'm pasting it here in case any of my research friend is interested. I went for the 1st IFCB training in June last year. The course was rather comprehensive with lectures and a hands on mini project which each group had to present in the end. We get to visit also some top research instituitions and spend 2 weeks time with other young scientists, besides having the chance to tour a bit around Taiwan for FREE! It's open for PhD students, post-docs and young faculty members only. (I guess master students can give it a try but last time none of the participant is of master level.)

Participants will be provided with accommodation, local transportation, and travel insurance International travel scholarship for airfare will be provided on the basis of needs.

 

This year we have prepared a series of comprehensive courses and lecture topics that are conducted in English and are specially tailored for interested local and international Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows, and young faculty members, who wish to learn more about fundamental as well as the latest development on Model Organisms, Bioimaging, Biomics, Structural Biology, Virology and Cancer.
