"How come things just don't work in my hands? Am I not good enough to do this? I doubt it if I can finish...." There goes the list. If you are experiencing what I'm feeling lately, read this up---> Feeling like a failure?
And this is another article telling you that it's okay to have breaks from your bench work. Time to think. I personally feel that it's okay to break and do other things that you enjoy such as reading, listening to music, dancing, painting and etc. When one's life is balance, the brain functions better.
And if you love coffee, see how coffee can help in your research in this article (it's not wrong to substitute coffee for tea or beer or others rite?)---> 5 ways to use coffee to power up your research
Last but not least, read these two articles up: 15 reasons to be a scientist and 10 reasons NOT to be a scientist. If your maths is good, you can tell that 15-10 =5. So it's still worth it to be a scientist! Haha.
I hope these cheer you up like it did to me! Have a good day!
