Selling sushi

Lulu was busy the whole saturday night, rolling sushi till 12am. Mum, dad and HG also took part. The sushi were vegetarian, for sold by the KBS chinese dharma propagation section at the charity sales on Sunday in Chi-Yun temple. Lulu used cucumber, carrot and vegetarian ham for the ingredients. Altogether, they managed to produce 56 packs of sushi roll. Each contained 6 pieces of sushi, and were sold at RM3.

All were sold out in less than 2 hours. Not bad... Hehe. (Note tat there were other competing sushi, some are sold at only RM2)

P/s: Earlier this month, Lulu also 'supplied' some sushi rolls (but using eggs, cucumber and imitation crab meat) for the fund-raising sales of a chinese school.
