I will begin my braces experience next wednesday onwards. Am excited + worried.
How I know? Because I dreamed about myself goin to ZP, and there's another dentist there too to 'amend' my teeth. I guess probably I'm more worried rather than excited. I know it's goin to be tedious after I put the braces on. I mean in terms of 'food will stick to the braces'. One of my friend who underwent this told me toothpick is a MUST BRING ALONG thing anywhere I go in future. But I'm more worried about the ache when the teeth are forced to move (as you know I'm reaching '30' in few years time. T_T) Cause my jaw bones sure is harder than teenagers. Talking about jaws, I'm experiencing left jaw joint pain these few days. Not severe but whenever I tried to bite something bigger or harder, or when I try moving my lower jaw to the right side, I'll feel the pain. It is 'tempomandibular joint pain' according to ZP, which might be caused by abnormal biting position, not really caused by teeth extraction. I guess must be because i keep biting food using my right side teeth (in order to avoid the left side, where teeth were newly extracted). FYI, my right upper and lower molars are not align properly. That's why I need more effort to bite using the right side teeth. And that could be the reason. Just my guess anyway. Haha.
