Arrrrrhh....

I'm frustrated.
Agarose gels that I cast lately kept giving me problems. I get red cloudy background in my gels (EtBr incorporated). I have been doing gels for years and never had I come across this. I suspect the TAE buffer but then others have no problem with the same buffer. Couldn't be my skills too. I've always been consistent. This cracks my head.
And my PCR wasn't working okay for the new genes I studied. I've troubleshooted and think I might have found the cause. I'll confirm my hypothesis tomorrow morning.
Microarray design is rejected. Am waiting for feedback from the specialist. So W.A.I.T and W.A.I.T............
