Taiwan Trip Part 4 - Zhunan

During my almost 2 week stay in Zhunan of Miaoli County, I lived in ChinaTrust Hotel arranged by the organiser. The hotel is quite new, with modern interior design. The room that I stayed in is really comfy. I love sitting near the big window in the restaurant that we had breakfast every morning, overseeing green carpet grass outside.

There's a convenient store 'Family Mart' about 5-10 mins walk from the hotel I stayed in.

So many drinks to choose from
I love the plum green tea juice and fresh milk. The fresh milk is really 'fresh'. The taste is different from what we have in Malaysia.

I managed to try stinky taufu and 波霸milk tea in Zhunan. The organiser treated us some local delicacies. I had 2 pieces of taufu although most of the foreigners didn't like it. It smells bad (like waste water) but the taste is ok. I didn't get to try the Taiwan Beer as I don't take alcoholic drinks. Besides those, I also tried these in Zhunan:
Something like cincau in milk. One thing about drinks in Taiwan, when they say milk, it's really very 'milky'.

We managed to drop by at a night market one of the night when we were on our way from NHRI to our hotel

The night market is quite small, walked around one circle and that's it. I had some papaya milk for drink. Too bad I didn't try the takoyaki (coz I thought I would get the chance to try it in Shilin night market but ended up not having any).
