擂茶

最近不懂为何似乎对这食物上瘾。一星期都会吃上一次。之前妹妹开斋节放假回来还和她特地找到青草路那间著名的住家擂茶去猎艳(蔡澜、林金城都拜访过、写过)。但或许口味不太适合我,没有太大的惊艳。我偏爱素食的。没有了虾米浓郁的味道,一切回归到汤和菜的本质。苦涩的汤,在吸收了所有菜肴的精华后,变得非常甘甜。一口汤饭下喉,先是苦涩,但之后慢慢回甘,甘味在嘴里回味无穷。人生也是如此吧。必须先是经历一番的历练,从中细细地体会,才能品尝到生活真正的滋味。
