It is developed by the University of Queensland, telling you about stages of PhD study, giving one an idea of what he/ she will have to face, what is needed to be achieved at certain stages, skills needed to be learnt etc. There are frequently asked questions by PhD, and as you go through them one by one, you'll realise you are not the only one who 'think' too much. I somehow find it useful as they give good advice or tips on many aspects eg how to make sense of the literature, critically evaluating the papers you read, how to not feel demotivated at times, what learning outcomes one should expect at different stages of study.
