I saw this on my UTM lecturer's FB. I thought it's a wonderful quote so am sharing with you all. Coincidentally, I'm currently reading Anthony Robbins's book chapters on how our choice of words and behaviour can influence our 'state'. We need to interrupt and break through our habitual patterns that disempower us. To laugh or smile is a good way to break the old habit of anger or depression. Start your day with a big smile and you start your day with happiness. Remember, it's your choice that determines who you are and how you feel.
